In what capacity we act
Lanzarote Concierge Hub acts as an intermediary and coordinator. We help visitors find, arrange and coordinate services in Lanzarote which are then carried out by independent third-party providers: transport companies, boat operators, photographers, florists, decorators, chefs and excursion providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lanzarote Concierge Hub does not itself provide the underlying transport, excursion, boat, photography, catering, decoration or other third-party service. Each provider operates under its own licence, its own insurance and its own terms.
This means the contract for the service itself is between you and the provider. We tell you who the provider is before you confirm anything, and you can ask us at any point.

What this website does
This website is an enquiry and information service. No payment is taken through it. There is no checkout, no shopping basket and no card processing of any kind.
When you send a request, you are asking us for a proposal. Nothing is booked and nothing is owed until you have seen the price and the provider and agreed to go ahead.

Content and intellectual property
The text, layout and design of this website belong to Lanzarote Concierge Hub. Photographs are a mix of our own material and free-licence media; vehicle, boat and product photographs may be supplied by the relevant provider.
If you believe any material on this site infringes your rights, write to info@lanzaroteconciergehub.com and we will remove or correct it promptly.

We keep prices, capacities and descriptions as accurate as we can, and they come from the providers themselves. They can change, and availability is never guaranteed until confirmed in writing. Anything shown here is indicative until we confirm it for your dates.
