These terms cover your use of this website. They are deliberately short, because this site does not sell anything: it lets you ask us to arrange services that independent local providers then carry out.

What you are using
This website belongs to Lanzarote Concierge Hub, operated by Abdelaziz Hossein, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This site is for enquiries
Everything on this site is a request, not a purchase. No payment is taken here. Sending a form does not create a booking and does not oblige you to anything. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you in writing and you have agreed to it.

Who provides the services
Lanzarote Concierge Hub arranges and coordinates. The services themselves are carried out by independent third-party providers, each under its own licence, insurance and terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Lanzarote Concierge Hub does not itself provide the underlying transport, excursion, boat, photography, catering, decoration or other third-party service.
Where a provider has its own conditions, for example about cancellation, weather, minimum numbers or safety at sea, we pass them to you before you confirm.

Prices and information
Prices shown are supplied by the providers and are indicative. They can change, and they are only firm once we confirm them for your dates in writing.
Any Lanzarote Concierge Hub service or coordination fee, where applicable, is disclosed to you in advance.

Using the site properly
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, submit false requests, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or extract its content for automated reuse.

Limits
We take care with the information on this site but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers, which remain their own responsibility.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Spanish or EU law, or our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. They are governed by Spanish law, without affecting your consumer rights.
