We keep this short and in plain language, because a privacy policy you can't understand isn't much of a privacy policy. In summary: we only collect what you send us, we use it solely to arrange the services you asked for, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Who we are
Lanzarote Concierge Hub is an independent concierge and intermediary service based in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. It is operated by Abdelaziz Hossein.
We connect visitors to Lanzarote with local excursion providers, transfer companies, restaurants and mobility equipment suppliers. We act as an intermediary — not a tour operator — and we handle your personal data with transparency and care.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD), we are the data controller for the information described below.

What data we collect
We only collect information you give us voluntarily, through the request form on this website, WhatsApp, phone or email. That may include:
- Name — so we can address you properly and name your booking
- Email address — to reply, confirm bookings and send your itinerary
- Phone number — to coordinate by WhatsApp or call you if plans change
- Arrival date, group size and accommodation — to arrange pick-ups, deliveries and timings
- Services requested and any notes you add — to book the right thing for you
- Accessibility or dietary information, only if you choose to tell us — so providers can prepare properly
We do not collect or store payment card details. Most services are paid directly to the provider; where a deposit is required it is handled securely through Bizum or PayPal, and those details never pass through us.
Health or accessibility details are treated as a special category of data under GDPR. We only process them with your explicit consent, share them solely with the provider who needs them, and delete them as soon as your trip is over.

Why we collect it and our legal basis
Your data is used only for the following purposes:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you asked for — legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request
- To coordinate bookings with local providers on your behalf — legal basis: performance of a contract
- To send confirmations, itineraries and reminders for your reservations — legal basis: performance of a contract
- To keep basic records of bookings we have arranged — legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the business
We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing, add you to a mailing list, or contact you after your trip without your explicit consent.

Who we share it with
We share only the minimum necessary information — typically your name, date, number of guests and pick-up point — with the local provider needed to fulfil your booking: an excursion company, a transfer driver, a boat operator, a restaurant or a mobility equipment supplier.
The website form is processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, and messages sent by WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. Both act as processors under their own privacy terms (Netlify · WhatsApp).
We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to anybody. We do not pass it to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep it
We keep your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is permanently deleted. Accessibility and health-related notes are deleted as soon as your stay ends.
If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will do so within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain a record of a transaction.

Your rights under GDPR
Wherever you live, if we hold your data you have the following rights:
Right of access
Request a copy of everything we hold about you.
Right to rectification
Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data entirely.
Right to object
Object to how we process your data at any time.
Right to restriction
Ask us to pause processing while a query is resolved.
Right to portability
Receive your data in a common, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@lanzaroteconciergehub.com. We respond within 30 days and there is no charge. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or to the equivalent authority in your own country.

Cookies and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or third-party advertising scripts. We do not build a profile of you and we do not monitor your browsing behaviour.
The only external requests the page makes are to load fonts (Google Fonts) and photographs (Pexels). The only data actively processed is what you choose to submit through the request form.
If we ever add analytics or an advertising pixel — for example to measure a Facebook campaign — we will update this page first and ask for your consent through a cookie banner before anything is set.

Security and international transfers
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection and form submissions are transmitted securely. Access to enquiries is limited to the person operating the service.
Some of our processors, such as Netlify, may store data on servers outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your data and posed a risk to you, we would notify you and the AEPD within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Children
Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data directly from anyone under 16. Where a booking includes children, we only receive the details a parent or guardian chooses to give us, such as ages for car seats or activity suitability.

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting people whose data we already hold will be communicated directly by email.

Website statistics and where you came from
If we switch on Cloudflare Web Analytics, it counts visits to this website and records the page visited, the country, the type of device and the website you arrived from. It uses no cookies, does not follow you across other websites and does not collect anything that identifies you personally.
When you send us a request through a form on this site, we also record which website you arrived from and, if you chose to tell us, your answer to “How did you hear about us?”. We use this only to understand which listings and recommendations bring people to us. To remember where you first arrived from, your browser stores one small value on your own device.
